Platinum & Company Beauty Bar requires 24-hour notice for all cancellations. The 1st cancellation made within 24 hours will be allowed at no charge. The 2nd cancellation within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of total services scheduled and a required 50% non-refundable deposit (applied to next service). The 3rd cancellation within 24 hours will result in a 100% charge of total services scheduled and a required 100% non-refundable deposit (applied to the next service).
Likewise, the 1st No-Show is allowed at no-charge. The 2nd No-Show will result in a 50% charge of total services scheduled and a required 50% non-refundable deposit (applied to next service). The 3rd No-Show will result in a 100% charge of total services scheduled and a required 100% non-refundable deposit (applied to the next service).
We do understand that things happen and will work with you on cancellations. However, no-shows are regulated by our system software and are not-negotiable.
